Sayles Collision

I had a very disappointing experience with Sayles Collision. I brought my vehicle in after being side-swiped and went through my insurance for the repairs. The insurance issued a check for $4,500, and I was told that it still wasn’t enough to cover the damages, so I ended up paying an additional $400 out of pocket. I would have called my insurance up to let them deal with Sayles but they had already charged me 2 days extra on their rental because they didn’t have my car ready after 2 weeks so they say. I had rented a car from them while they worked on my car which the rental stopped mid drive now looking at their work I’m not surprised they have rentals that do not work. What’s extremely frustrating is that I was told new doors would be installed, but instead they replaced them with used

Thanks so much to the folks over at Sayles Collision. My Audi had been hit by a small clump of pine trees while sitting in my driveway. Although there wasn't any structural damage, about 75% of the car had dents and scratches. Some of the dents in some real difficult places to repair, but they nailed it. It's amazing. The quality of work is top notch. The communication was great. Hopefully I never need to have that kind of work done to a vehicle again but if I do, I am heading to Sayles.

The owner was very nice and informative of the process when my car was totaled and towed here. I didn’t like the fact that they cleared my car out without my consent and sent it off to the junk yard without contacting me first. They missed memorabilia in the car that I’ll never get back. A simple call prior would’ve prevented this.

What a pristine job they did on my Tahoe. Being only a year old it was important that it looked perfect and they nailed it. Looks like nothing ever happened :-)
