9.26.2025 @ 12noon. The human working today is on one. He was very rude and disrespectful. I guess that may be why he wears that mask. Whoever owns this location should be mindful of who works with the public. I will pay more before returning to this location. When communicating with anyone, your tone matters. I will not pay for disrespect. DO BETTER!!!!

Very rude and disrespectful, came in before 1 pm and the guy doing the emissions refused to speak to me, only acknowledged my presence when an older woman asked why he was closing up, after I asked him why didn’t he say anything to me he rolled his eyes with his hands on his hips and pointed to the sign on the door as he was closing the garage door.

Sat and waited for no one to show. Sign on the door said closed for lunch. Waited up until an hour after he was supposed to be back. Still no show. Line was to the street and no one answered the phone.

I have driven here twice per day for 2 days in a row and there's still the same 2 notes on the garage door. I guess they never came back from the "Doctor's office".

To begin I would rate 0 if I could. Practically all of the reviews mentioned the horrible hours that the technicians hold regardless of the hours on the sign. I've gone to this location for years and customer service at times has not been the best, but I would break the ice. My LAST visit on September 19, 2023 was it for me. I get there a little after 1:00 a barrel is there, the door is up, and the very nasty person tells me to come back after 2:30. I asked what was lunch time and she tells me "I told you to come back after 2:30 so you don't need to know what time lunch is." I'm about to leave but decided to ask for the phone number to so as to make sure somebody is there. She tells me I don't need the number, just come back, and that I just wanted to call in on her.
