Schaefer Autobody at Sunset Ford

I had a great experience with Schaefer's at Sunset Ford. Jackie is very helpful and was so nice and easy to work with. They consistently sent me text updates while my car was being fixed.When I picked up my car, it looked good as new! Would definitely recommend.

This Autobody shop took four weeks to fix my car for relatively minor damage, and that was on top of the already 6 weeks I waited between my initial evaluation and actually dropping the car off. I had very few updates and had to constantly text them (calling sent you down a phone chain that never got you to the right spot) to see what the status of my car was. I was told over and over that they were either waiting on my insurance or that there were other cars ahead of me. The insurance excuse is irritating but fine—that’s out of their control. But the excuse of other cars ahead? Then why even schedule for my car to get dropped off? I had also already waited 6 weeks! I was without my car for a whole month which is unacceptable and the communication was not great.
