Schaumburg Ford Service Center

Service consultant was very helpful with my transmission issue. I had knowledge of the problem and assisted in working through the process to make the time go smooth. Ford has a problem with the 10 speed and needs to have a recall for the poor build on these. Thankfully I had an extended warranty to cover the $9100 fix. Overall the service consultant was wonderful

Could I have had a better deals for the oil change? The guy who did it was perfect. No problems was fast, but the scheduling. was a big problem to begin with. Went to the wrong place.So didn't meet my expectations for the timetable.That was given could be definitely better

Just drive-by. If you’re needing a tow truck, just go to a different dealership altogether if you need an emergency fix. No one answers the phone. If they do answer the phone, they don’t know what’s going on. Very unorganized.. You never know what the status is of your vehicle because no one follows up with you. Out of the five Ford dealerships I have dealt with in the last year, which all of them have been at least four and five stars, I now understand why this one is rated the way it is. I am so extremely frustrated. You have no idea. I’m trying to be as nice as I possibly can. I will say that Connor, the technician, was at least able to reach out with somewhat of concern. I would give him at least four stars.

Let's start from the beginning of this "massy way" of conducting business at your location. I called to make an appointment to make sure that I would save some time. I spoke to a very nice lady and explained to her what needs to be done. I was very specific when I was telling her things that I wanted to check on my car. She informed me that she had all the information she needed. I was told that the store will update me during the day about the progress of my service. I did not get even one txt message during the day. I called your location around 5pm and the gentleman that answered my phone call did not have any idea what I was talking a

Although Alex, Dom and Connor turned a sour experience into a positive one and delivered good service… Renji tarnished that. He delivered incorrect information twice and then exclaimed it was I who was mistaken. “I don’t think you know what you ordered” is not what you say to a customer. Unfortunately he also suggested I was lying when I was reiterating what his Part Specialist told me. That’s not good customer service. Thank you Alex and Dom for your professionalism but you shouldn’t be working under Renji. His lack of product knowledge, and absence of situational awareness is making his team look bad. I am no longer sure of what I bought and paid for. Renji has now twice given bad information and has left me, as a customer, confused and hopeful that we weren’t taken advantage by the deal
