Schaumburg Honda Service Center

My service representative Carlo was excellent!! His knowledge was amazing 👏. Your facility is beautiful!! Better than Schaumburg Lexus, and Audi and I've spent time in both. My only suggestion? Ask the customer if they want the courtesy car wash. My CRV was spotless and hand washed and dried by myself. Your car 🚗 wash left my vehicle FULL of 💧 water spots !! Suggestion would be to have a porter hand dry the vehicle

1. Poor Customer Service Upon Arrival Upon entering the service garage, I was told to wait for a service advisor. After approximately 10 minutes, I observed advisors chatting and using their phones while customers waited. I had to approach an advisor myself to receive assistance, which is not acceptable for a brand that prides itself on customer care. 2. Recall Service and Sensor Issue I brought my vehicle in for a recall and to address a parking sensor error. The recall was completed, but I was informed that the sensor was damaged and needed replacement at my expense. The dealership claimed the damage was caused by a rock impact. I was shown a video and given conflicting explanations: o First: The sensor had no signal due to impact damage. o Later: The sensor has power but was damaged. T

Evan was my service advisor and he is amazing. Great asset to your company. My car was purchased brand new from a different dealer and I advised that we had purchased the maintenance package when the car was bought. He took the time to call the original dealer and get the warranty to ensure I received the same service I would if I was back home. Being a travel nurse and being miles away from home I have to make sure my car is always in good condition. At the end of my service he advised my car was in great shape and that it only needed 2 fluid changes. I appreciated his honesty and time he took to ensure my car remains in good shape.

Great experience from start to finish. The technician greeted me at my car and asked me to meet her at her desk while she checked my vehicle into the system. I only waited about two minutes. She was so friendly and professional. Once we confirmed the work to be done she escorted me to the waiting area. The timeframe I was given was 60-90 minutes. She came to get me in about 50 minutes which was a pleasant surprise. She walked me to the cashier and I was on my way. Thank you for the excellent service!!

came in because my check engine light turned on. was greeted by allycea right away and let her know my issues. she told me they would address them right away and let me know what was going on. she was very efficient, professional, and courteous. being a young woman it was very comforting to be working with her. she even waived my inspection and put it towards the repair so it didn't hurt as much. will definitely only be coming here for any of my service needs. 10/10 recommend allycea & schaumburg honda service department!!!
