Schervier Pavilion

Do not send your loved one to this horrible place. After one week my 66 year old husband died here. The nurse and supervising nurse lied on their computerized, date and time stamped report about everything that happened. My husband arrived DOA at St Anthony’s hospital from here (3 minutes away). I could only find out what really happened from the hospital records and the ambulance report! Apparently, when the medics got to Schervier Pavilion (on a call that was NOT for my husband) the staff there said they were doing CPR for 20 minutes on my husband. Medics said he had no pulse, was not breathing and his eyes were fixed and dilated. There was no rescue equipment there either. Schevier Pavillion did not even call in the cardiac arrest emergency! This nursing home is beyond top notch to me. I am going through the process of transitioning my mother there for long term care. During her time here for sunacute ,every single person nurses,aids,social worker, even the cleaners etc. Are an amazing staff,compassionate on all levels. All of my questions got answered,they take the time to listen and understand. This is the first time ever where I had felt at ease leaving her somewhere for any length of time. It is clean,the menu selection is great and I cant say enough great things about this facility,thank you to all pf the staff who are making my moms life better through your care and love. She looks great every time I see her.

Visited a lifelong friend with my children. We were greeted very nicely at the front entrance and asked to please fill out the necessary passes to go visit. We were given directions in a professional and pleasant manner. Once arriving to the area we were told exactly where we needed to go and were greeted with smiles from everyone along the way. Very upbeat and happy environment. You could see how the staff were attending to their patients with the upmost care and courtesy. We were able to visit with our friend in their room which was nicely decorated and had prizes along the shelves that had been won from all the games of bingo that are offered. Schervier is a facility full of ignorant unprofessional people , the aides ignore residents often making them feel Like they don’t matter. Nurses don’t answer bells for no one and they take their sweet time to deliver someone medication when in pain .. HR is extremely unprofessional along with the DIrector of nursing . I can go on forever , but this place is a disappointment.

My dad spent his last days here and I couldn't be more happy with all of the staff and how they treated my father and my family. Thank you to the entire staff at Schervier Pavilion Kyle Burke Son of the late Raymond Burke Sr
