Schicker Ford of St. Louis Service Department

Straight forward team. Always kind and surprisingly quick with their repairs. Have had zero issues bringing my vehicle here. Love that they offer a shuttle so I don’t have to uber home. Dave was really patient when explaining the fixes I needed which as someone who doesn’t know cars all that well I really appreciate.

I just moved to St Louis from ABQ NM a couple weeks ago and my alignment was out - Power Ford in Albuquerque installed new tires and supposedly did an alignment right before I left, but they either didn’t do it or failed to do it properly. Dave and Mark in the service department at Schicker for were great! They were very understanding and took care of me right away - which was especially important as this is the only car I have to transport my wife and I. Based on this interaction at least, I would highly recommend this dealership.

The workers there took care of my Ford Focus just fine! They swapped the transmission fluid and got her some fresh fluid! Picking up my car was easy and they were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Will be coming back for other services!

Absolutely great customer service! Rich & his team were absolutely amazing. From being able to book my appointment online , to being kept in the loop when my vehicle was being maintenance to the overall work ! Highly satisfied, highly recommend .

I cannot say enough good things about the Schicker Ford Service Department. The people scheduled appointments are so polite and worked well around my schedule. Ron was my service manager, and he kept me informed, set expectations very well with me and answered my questions thoroughly. They are the only place I will take my car from now on. Highly recommend!
