Traded in a 2018 Grand Cherokee for a 2024 Grand Cherokee on 10/14/2023 Fully accommodating when trying to make a deal but after finding out that the vehicle was built with two different front seats that don’t match not so accommodating. Told it will take five days to receive a new seat to be replaced And it’s been over two weeks and still no new seat. Took over two weeks to get reimbursement check from equity in old grand Cherokee No took two weeks to get odometer statement to cancel extended warranty on old Jeep. They have plenty of inventory that they can pull a seat from And make a customer happy but claim it’s a safety issue if they swap seat. If you actually buy a vehicle from Schumacher, make sure you check the car over with a fine tooth comb before delivery or they will dismiss yo
