They will try to sneak in extra costs. I came in for a new Grand Cherokee based on their promise of no hidden fees or surprises. Unfortunately, that was far from the truth. During the signing process, they slipped a $5,000 "add-on" into the contract without a word. When I caught the discrepancy, they offered various excuses and tried to make me feel like I was the one who didn't understand the paperwork. While they eventually returned the money after being confronted, they refused any form of compensation for the stress and the attempted "trick." It’s disappointing to see a dealership use these kinds of tactics. I won't be returning.

I stopped in because of a battery problem in my 2022 Cherokee Trailhawk. As I waited for a ride to a rental car service, a very polite Salesman person approached me and asked if everything was ok and if he could assist me in any way. Long story short, Alex Mulan went above and beyond by helping me out of a previous bad lease from a dealership in Colorado and putting into a new car at a great price. No hassle no pressure just a great at overall experience. It’s not often one can say that they met an honest and high integrity car salesman but this was the case. I highly recommend Alex or for that matter the Schumacher family for a quality car buying experience.

Came in first thing on a Saturday morning for an oil change and tire rotation. This was my second time coming. The last time I came was in 2021 and had a bad experience. Came in for the same service. Because I've had a bad experience in the past I mark my tires to confirm that they are rotated. When my vehicle was returned my tires were not rotated and they told me they were. All of the caps are off the tires. When a dressing it ultimately they told me they were unable to rotate the tires and that my lug nuts were too tight. Impossible, Just have the vehicle serviced prior no issues. So for some reason I wanted to give them another shot and it's convenient with the location. Brought it in this morning for oil change tire rotation. Was the first person and received my vehicle 2 hours later.
