Schumacher Pre-Owned Supercenter Delray Beach

This is the worst place to buy any car especially a used car. They put defective tires on it, I had to go buy new tires. They did not do a front end alignment and they put the wrong TPMS sensors on. They did a shoddy brake job , new brakes, they didn't cut the rotors and they didn't put the shim kit in and I almost got killed on i-95 when I tried to stop at 65 mph. I have placed multiple calls to the service manager he refuses to return my calls. I went down there and he refused to come out of his office they said he had left after waiting 2 hours. This is the worst place to go, I do not recommend buying anything from this dealership new or used. service department is incompetent

⭐ 1 Star — Dishonest, Unsafe, and Completely Unprofessional I purchased a BMW 430i Convertible from Schumacher Delray a couple of months ago, and it has been an absolute nightmare from day one. The very next day after purchasing the car, I took it for a short drive and immediately noticed a strange noise every time I pressed the brakes. The sound got worse quickly, and I didn’t feel safe driving the car at all. I called the dealership — no one answered — so I texted my salesman. He told me to “bring the car back,” even after I told him I wasn’t sure it would make it. Sure enough, the car broke down in the middle of the road in the pouring rain.
