I recently brought my VW Tiguan to the Service Department for a recall, and despite the terrible weather and a very busy shop, I had an excellent experience. I was originally scheduled with a service advisor, but ended up being helped by the department manager, Anthony Carroll — and I’m so glad I was. Anthony impressed me with his calm, patient demeanor and hands-on approach. Even with the crowded service area, he checked me in quickly, arranged a ride home, and sent me an email I could reply to directly if I had any questions about the status of my car. All of this happened within minutes, and it made the whole process incredibly smooth. He also has a fantastic team working with him. Brought my car in for a window issue. Waited 3 days for them to tell me they need to order a part. Waited over a week for the part to come in. Told it would take another 4 days to get another appointment to get it fixed. Every interaction was a result of ME reaching out and often multiple calls were required just to get answers. Long story short 2 weeks driving around with blue wrap instead of a window during Florida’s rainy season.
