Schutter automotive. my opinion, they are the very best specially Bob he is the most kindest professional person that I love to deal with. He knows his stuff he treat you like he wants to be treated. Not only that they do excellent work ,the price. Just as good. I’ve been going about a year and a half. I wish I had known about them long long time ago. if it was 10 stars, I would’ve gave it God bless

I've been using Schutter Automotive since 2013. Doug Schutter was my point of contact and he was always professional, sincere and trust worthy. I could always count on them to communicate, and be responsive. I've never had to wait to pick up my vehicle more than 2 days. Their office was always clean and organized and their mechanics were resourceful and energetic. I also want to give thanks to Bob who I've recently been acquainted with, he always exhibits positive energy and an understanding tone. For any single mom like me that needs a trust worthy shop, support them. It's worth the investment and drive.

Bob has been top notch with working on my Mazda CX-9 who came from up north and has copious rust underneath from the salt and winters. He never fails to be honest and up front about the costs and needs the vehicle has, as well as options to prolong needing service. We will come back again and again, because there are not many people left like the man who runs this business!

Doug Schutter saved my holiday. With all the holiday stress, the last thing I wanted to do is finding a reputable shop to fix the car. Decided to go with Shutter Automative because the towing distance (and good reviews) but found out they are on holiday for the week. Left voicemail and Doug called me back to get the detail... he said it's something he can fix and ended up coming to my place (during his holiday break), made the repair on the driveway and show me the $25 parts that disabled my car, LOL. Can't say enough about the customer care and I hope this review will send more business their way. Highly recommended.
