Worst experience ever! We brought a car last week of August & since we know him & know he’s not very quick at getting the job done we give him a generous 2-3 week timeframe. Car brought in for exhaust noise and noise that goes away when you push in clutch. Had clutch replaced last year by a reputable mechanic that he knows. So we don’t think it’s the clutch, he says maybe throw out bearing. On 9/8/18 he asks for $450 to buy a clutch, we give him $460 & he says car will be ready next week. We hear nothing for next few weeks despite several calls & msgs and we drive by shop & can’t catch him there & car hasn’t moved from where we parked it, so he never really looked at it to determine what the actual issue was.
