Scoot Albuquerque

Came in on a very busy Saturday to look. Took forever to get a sales person, (they had many customers ahead of me) but ended up talking to the Cesar, the Sales Manager. Because of the deal he offered, I came back on Tuesday to purchase. Cesar, (Sales Manager) was so awesome. Took time to explain the scooter, made sure it was in perfect running condition, and made sure my endless supply of questions were answered. Got a great deal on a super pretty scooter. Definitely pleased with my experience.

DON'T BUY FROM SCOOT ABQ - THEY ARE CROOKS! These guys took a deposit from my parents who then decided not to purchase. They refused to give the deposit back! Told us it was nonrefundable, although nothing was signed saying as much. They are straight up crooks! I've called a dozen times trying to resolve, always given the run around. Now they won't even pick up unless I call from another line. Next step is small claims. ZERO STARS.

Bought a moped from them on Friday, picked it up tuesday because they said they needed to make sure its was good to go, and then it stopped working the next day. The person that sold it to me said that he did a full maintenance check on it and it was fine. Had to get it towed (didnt reimburse me), and they got confrontational when I asked for a refund. I'm not coming back to them.

I've bought a few scooters from around town before, but nothing compares to the costumer service that I was greeted with today! To be honest I had a really good time here and bought myself a brand new scooter! It was a 50cc 2021 scooter! They have a wide variety of motorcycles, I do wish they had more scooters! They are awesome! Check them out!

The place is really empty due to supply chain issues. Italy and Taiwanese it doesn't matter. Plus they don't work on scooters more than 10 years old. Why would I purchase a scooter that doesn't last more than 10 years? Kymco Scooters last longer than 10 years. So does Vespa and Piaggio scooters.
