⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My wife Kayla and I recently purchased a 2021 Chevy Tahoe from Scott Cars, and the entire experience was phenomenal from start to finish. Sandra was incredible to work with knowledgeable, friendly, and truly focused on making sure we found the right vehicle without any pressure. Scott made the negotiation process extremely easy and straightforward, which made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. NEVER, I MEAN NEVER get a car out this dealership. Dealer MIKE sold me this “2020 Land Rover discovery sport” $700/ month + $350/month insurance and just under 4 months of having the car? A coolant leakage that had me stranded for hours on the side of the highway and MISSED my scheduled work day (got written up still), coolant leakage also melted the serpentine belt, bad rotors, bad break pads, motor mount replacement, horrible tie rods, & all sensors. Mind you I have gold warranty that covers almost every component that needs to be replaced. Even have video of Mike and the manager telling me “I don’t have to fix it if I have to” after showing up to the dealership numerous times to fix my car since I’m paying for the warranty. It’s NOV 2025, still not fixed. Those people are unprofessional

The 2023 Nissian Rogue… I am very pleased with my car buying experience with Scott used cars! My sales lady, Sandra was easy to work with and always very helpful . Additionally ; the sales manager went the extra mile to make sure I had the original manuals for the technology the car has! I am greatly appreciative for everyone’s help and thoughtfulness! I've purchased 2 cars at Scott in the last 4 years. They were very fair and very easy to deal with. Have also dealt with their service and repair shop across the street. Have received nothing but excellent service. My most recent purchase had some road rash and a couple of dings. Asked if they would take care of them knowing I was purchasing the vehicle as is and they did. Will definitely look at Scott when considering future purchases.

I came in to look at a 2012 Lexus RX 350. I got a hard sales pitch. It took almost an hour till they would let us do a test drive which was very short because there was hardly any gas in the car. So it wasn't really a test drive because once I got it home it rattles when you turn it off and park it in the garage it smells like something's burning. Here's the thing we paid over book value. They said 15,000 out the door included the taxes and transfer but they added another $700 for I don't know what and they would not let me transfer my license plate from my other Lexus to this one. We sat there for about 3 hours they kept offering us something to drink and said if you take the car today you cannot bring it back for any reason plus there was no warranty. I asked where did the car come from
