Would love to give a zero. Worst insurance company I have ever had and I have had a few. High premiums and they never pay a claim. No one in the office knows anything and they have a real problem returning phone calls. Website portal is horrible. Can't pull up important documents. They denied a claim and never even sent an adjuster out to look. And now have denied another claim. We have been customers for 5 years and both claims were denied. Then they raised the rates over 10% with no reall explanation. Pitiful. Steer clear of this nightmare.

Mrs Sam is The Best agent someone can have. She makes a person feel comfortable talking to her. She responds to all calls and text messages quick and fast. We love her..

I strongly urge anyone needing a policy to avoid Allstate. They will leave you without a policy, as well as a increased policy going forward because of a dropped policy. They will lie to you about the status of your policy, and then tell you that there is nothing that they can do even though the messed you the paperwork. You simply don't do business in this manner. If you give someone documentation of an agreement, honor it! You will never have my business again, nor will I never encourage anyone to use your services.

Retaining wall & fence was damaged during storms in 2025. They denied my claim saying it was the house settling… right after 3 massive storms. How does that make any sense when everything was fine, then after an 80 mph thunderstorm, everything was not fine. Feels great being a loyal customer for 7 or 8 years & never having paid late, to have them deny me. That’s how they treat you here at Allstate. Won’t pay your claim. Adjuster didn’t even address the addition damage issues I reported. Horrible from top to bottom! Complete waste of time & money. Would never do business with again. STAY AWAY!!! YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!!
