I took my truck in after someone failed to stop at a stop sign and ran into me. I wasn't sure where to go so I checked out a couple of shops. This one stood out to me. The people were friendly and knowledgeable. I felt valued and respected as a customer. I felt confident they would do an excellent job repairing my truck and they did. I would definitely use this shop again and I would recommend it anyone who needs auto body repair.

My car is a foreign car, so parts were coming from Seattle and we had the Holidays to navigate around. Took longer than we thought, yet it was Quality work I was after and they excelled at that. Excellent work! Very professional. Communication was weekly. Would definitely recommend.

I like to support local small businesses as a rule, but would not use the shop again! The work was mediocre as they replaced and painted my front fender and both doors on driver's side. The paint looks good, but the door doesn't shut properly, and makes a wind noise going down the road. They also replaced the front headlight which is not adjusted properly. They do have a warranty for this work, but after they had my truck for three weeks when I was told 5 to10 days, then blamed the delay on "my shity insurance" I will do the work myself. I feel like they had the opportunity to do it right the first time and failed. They did not work on the truck for several days and when they finally got started, found more damage, and had to replace rear door. That's when they blamed my insurance for the

I think they are wonderful people. They did great with my Honda pilot after I got rear ended. They got it done in a timely fashion and they took my rental car for me. They waited for me on Christmas Eve to pick it up. I think they are great all around.
