I had an issue with my 2008 Taurus and took it to their shop. I explained the problem, and they performed a full inspection, giving me an honest rundown of what needed attention. I told them I only needed the car to last another year or two and wanted to keep costs low. They respected that, fixed the issue efficiently, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. Due to snow, I brought my truck in late and still got it back the same day. When I brought it in, Rick went patiently through the various recommended maintenance and worked with my budget to determine what was most critical. When I picked up my truck the bill was LOWER than anticipated bc they gave me several discounts for being a return customer. I have NEVER taken a vehicle to a shop and had a lower bill than expected. Awesome customer service and support.

This was the first time taking my car to Scotts. My car had a light that was low and I didnt know which one and would be travelling over Christmas. Such wonderful service. Got my car in the same week I called and provided a shuttle service to work and back. The gentleman that drove me to work and woman that drove me home were so nice and I enjoyed talking with them both. This will be where I bring all our vehicles.

The staff at Scott’s Exxon were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They went over everything that they felt needed to be serviced on my vehicle and explained why. The courtesy lift service was wonderful and made leaving my car an easy process. I highly recommend this company!
