Scott's Master Auto Repair

I took my vehicle here to have it diagnosed with an issue with my window and door latch. They come back and tell me that my window regulator and door latch assembly needed replaced and we’re asking 1000 dollars for the work. Thinking this was a bit steep, based off of what other people were telling me, I went ahead and got my car and asked my dad if his works shop guy who works on their companies vehicles, could take a look. He let me know that the window was just off track and that no part was needed as a replacement. So, from what I gather, this establishment just wanted to charge me extra to replace a part that was not needed, just so they could charge me out the wazoo and rake in the cash. Been taking my cars here for years and it makes me wonder how much I’ve been ripped off. Won’t b

They replaced a alternator for me. It went bad within a year it was still under warranty so they replaced it but charged me another $89 diagnostic fee. Also when I called to check on the status of the car the owner told me he was too busy cleaning the office to go look to see if my car was done or what the status was on the car. At least I assume he is the owner since his name was Scott. I want to give zero stars but the other people are very friendly in there and they did do a good job on the vehicle overall

I don't trust anyone easily and these guys have earned my full confidence. I have no doubt when I bring my car in that it will come out with the work done correctly and all future issues have been identified. I also trust that I'm given a good price and not being taken for a ride. 10/10 will always drive an hour just to come here

Been going here for 9 years, but no longer. They do good work and are honest;Reason being is my spouse and I dont want to deal with Tina anymore after the last visit. She treats people like dirt. Scott and Doug are kind and respectful and do good work.

I must say they helped me a lot. When I brought my car to this place, they found some severe issues that another factory couldn’t have found a few weeks before. If they hadn’t detected the problems, my family and I would be in danger and might lose our lives. Their repair was so prompt, and all the staffs were so kind and sincere. After they fixed the issues, I could go on a two-week road trip and come back to St Louis without any troubles. I recommend here by all means.
