Brought in my vehicle last summer to have the A/C diagnosed, it would blow cold air SOMETIMES but not all the time, he wound up running through all the things other shops did, cleaning the condenser, recharge the system and check for leaks, and then kinda shrugged it off and wished me luck figuring it out. Turned out to be a faulty blend door actuator, I only found that out in December of course, but wound up selling that vehicle. Overall he’s a genuine guy and knows what he’s doing for the most part, I just really wish there would’ve been a little more “hands on” diagnosis since my mechanic showed me it took about 10 minutes to diagnose what was wrong. But I will definitely be stopping in again!

My dad and I took my 2018 Honda Civic in yesterday to have the AC looked at. Had heard about the compressor being the issue with the AC system on this model. Apparently, the vehicle was completely out of freon. So then he refilled the vehicle with it. Go to use my vehicle this afternoon and it still blew warm/hot air. I get more cool air from the slight breeze coming in with my windows down. Spent over $300 on freon and 2 hours labor to have the same issue unresolved. Unbelievable.
