Scotts Valley Car Wash

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. My husband took my car to get washed at Scotts Valley Car Wash because he works within the vicinity and my car was in desperate need of a bath. First the guy who came to help him, Ishmael I believe?, said he needed to pay an extra $20-25 because we took our car to the snow. Which we did not. That car has never seen snow. The guy proceeded to argue with my husband about us allegedly taking our car to the snow. Its my daily driver that gets me to the local hospital that I work at. It does not go to the snow. The guy swiped his finger across my fender and said "look, see? Snow. It will be extra because its extra dirty" my husband was outraged. You mean you're supposed to take clean cars to the car wash? Give me a break. $85 dollars later, my car is still dirty. Didn't

I'm done. They always charge me extra for my truck, which I guess is expected, but they ALWAYS charge me for a dirty vehicle - even if I had washed it 2 days earlier. On top of all the unexpected charges they never do a great job. They always miss the fender wells, rims are still dirty, and there are streak marks on the inside and glass is worse than when I brought it in. I live a block from this place and after years of trying, forgiving, and trying again I just can't justify ever going there again. My last visit was over $100 and they did a terrible job. Like other reviewers say, just stay away.

I won’t be back after getting charged $10 extra because I have a roof top tent that requires literally no extra work for them. They quote you. Price and then add on extra money all the time because they have to clean your dirty car. It’s a car wash— that’s the service we’re already paying for. Read the reviews— all of which say the same thing. Save your money and don’t support businesses that run this way. The lack of quality service is evident from the moment you drive up, as the guy who greets you is always extremely unfriendly.

TERRIBLE!!!!! If I could have given them 0 stars I would have. These pictures are after they “cleaned” my car. When I showed them how dirty it still was the worker said I should have paid more than $40 for a better wash. They also scratched my hood when drying me car!! I called the owner and NEVER received a call back! DO NOT trust them with your car!!!!!!

I have a Toas oven SUBCOMPACT SUV. It’s on a Jetta frame and they ALWAYS price it out as a Tiguan mid size, Even though I show them the paperwork that it is a Sub compact car. It’s stupid it just means less tip for the guys working. Just frustrating. They never do that in Santa Cruz
