I have known Scott for 20 years, he is a good man, husband, father and friend. Over the last 5 years I have had Scott do body work on three of my vehicles and have been very pleased with his craftsmanship. He is a good man to do buisness with!

I'm the manager of a rental car business. Scotty was called to tow a vehicle by the va state police. He made no effort to contact the rental company to inform it was there. We discover on our own that the vehicle is there ten days later. We also discovered that Scotty is requiring we pay him $1,280 to get the car out. In Virginia, he can take full advantage of the fact that there are no set rates, so he can make up any cost he'd like, and he does.

Thank God for Scotty’s Auto & Fleet. I was stuck on the side of the road waiting for AAA for 4 hours. I gave this company a call, and Scott was here in 15 minutes to save the day. Thank You Scott!!

Wouldn't tow my wife's car to the dealership Body Shop. Complete rip-off. Was not even open during the weekend so I could retrieve the car. Had to take off work the following Monday to retrieve the car and have it towed by another company.

This company is really expensive he remove my car lest than 5 minutes and charge me $650 so don’t call him for service
