Honest, trustworthy and fair. I've taken multiple vehicles in for a variety of repairs and maintenance and been treated fairly every time. The guys do great work on schedule and on the quoted budget. If there are any information issues they'll call to discuss, but have never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. I'm glad I've found a reliable mechanic and tire dealer to brag about and feel confident referring friends and family to.

I had aftermarket wheels that weren't fitting. Took it to the other guys that gives away beef and got told they wouldn't touch it. (Has spacers) i do understand policy for that company, but I came to scottys this morning, not only did they pull it right in, but they fixed it with no fear mongering or pressure sales. If your not coming to scottys, your missing out! Smart, friendly, and quick! Thanks guys!

Was referred to Scotty's Tire and Automotive by a friend, and just had the best car repair service ever! Windshield wiper not working so I called to make appointment. Of course they wanted to know the problem and they said before you bring it in go try this. What? Giving me a this might fix it solution and saying if that didn't work bring it in. I couldn't fix it so I brought it in. 1 hour after dropping it off they called and said ready to go. Turns out it was a simple fix and I asked what I owe. They said absolute nothing. Took us no time. That is a first. I will refer Scotty's to everyone that needs auto repair needs.Side not. I found out their oil changes are 30 dollars less then where I have been going. All of my oil changes and any repairs I need in the future will be at Scotty's.

The fellow working today, I think his name was Tim, definitely earned my future business! Without getting too much into the details, he made an observation about my truck and could have tried to sell me something right then, and instead he gave me a suggestion that I could ride things out for the summer and fix the issue later. I really value that honesty! Also his price for the work I came in for was less than half what Les Schwab quoted me.

Had a great experience with Scotty’s! A VSC error showed up on my dash and they got my car in very quick after calling. The mechanic I spoke with was extremely helpful and explained in detail what he suggested be done to fix this and why. Answered all of my questions expertly. My car was done in less than 2 hours. Will be coming back for any future car fixes.
