I had an amazing experience with SCR Collisions in Hayward. They did outstanding work on my 350z after it suffered damage to the fender and front bumper. From start to finish, their team went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled professionally and smoothly. They didn’t just fix the visible damage, but they also took the time to explain the repair process, kept me updated, and made sure the car looked absolutely perfect when I got it back. The paint match was spot on, the alignment was clean, and the car honestly looked like nothing ever happened. On top of the quality work, they were extremely helpful when it came to picking up my car from another shop that refused to service my vehicle, which really took a lot of stress off my shoulders. I want to share my experience with this great shop. They were incredibly smart, fast, and professional. Jeez, they even detailed and washed my car afterward, cleaned my engine, and fixed the dent flawlessly—zero visible damage! I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing car repairs. I went through insurance, and they got everything approved smoothly and headache-free. Fast, resilient, and truly professional! Great place recommended, they know how to deal with insurances!

$8,700 and 38 hours for sloppy work for a broken driver window theft. They say “transparency is our priority” but I was never told what was actually being done. My rear bumper was removed and to this day I don’t know why. They claim they only repair reported damage, but still fixed other things I never mentioned. Meanwhile, dents and scratches right next to the repair areas were ignored. The new trim already had swirl marks. And there was still glass left in the center console. That could have easily cut someone’s hand. It felt like they just cherry picked the easy stuff and billed insurance as much as they could. I won’t be back. I’d rather take my car to someone local who takes pride in their work.

They have an amazing team!!!! My daughter was in her first accident, and they have truly been amazing throughout this whole process. I would recommend them to anyone 10 times over. Marvin has been above and beyond amazing, answered all questions (even dealing with me over the phone being 600 miles away). very professional, put us at ease but kept it very honest. Very glad my daughter chose to go here. I hope we never have to do this again but if we do the only choice is here.
