Scratch Less Car Wash

I've been coming to this carwash for 13 years, as it’s basically in the backyard. I have never had any significant problems. Recently, I had a billing issue. I called the number listed and left a voicemail. I did not expect to get a callback as customer service at self-serve Carwashs is not really a thing. To my surprise, I got a callback, and the issue was resolved within an hour. Great job! I will be back.

I used to love this place because it’s one of the only ones around that has a drive-through touchless car wash however, just today I paid for the top-tier wash and my car came out looking worse than it came in. There are still dirt spots all over the top of my car and Hood from the rain a few days prior. No water spots. My car is very well taken care of and this car wash has far exceeded my expectations in the past, however lately, I wish I could get my money back, or a few free washes so that my car could get clean. But I have no idea how to contact these people. I’m sure they would agree that it is not up to the standards it should be, I have a feeling it’s only a temporary issue that will be fixed. I hope soon, but I will not be trying it again until I hear otherwise because it was a wa
