ScrubaDub Car Wash (Chelsea)

I have literally been waiting in this same spot for 30 mins. Not a single car has moved as I type this out. You would think they would be prepared considering the location and weather but funny how they close early (website says 8:00pm but they will close bye 7:20pm) and when they are supposed to be open they seem to lack any effort. I’m literally stuck in line. Will never come here expecting top service.

Not a great experience, where do I even start? Car wash not great, a lot of shampoo residue, a lot of missed spots, some places just smudge dirt all over, wheel cleaner just made my wheels full of dirt and tiny rocks. The moment I exited the car wash the car instantly became dirty. Their own lot for vacuuming isnt clean... The vacuum kinda strong, but the end itself very impractical. No tight spots can be reached. All of that would be fine, but the connection from the hoses on the vacuum leaks dirty water all over you and your washed car. Would not recommend

The winter months are full of rideshare people because their cars get dirty with the salt so just plan accordingly. I own a black car so my car is always gray after a couple days and I have the monthly pashe so I take full advantage of that by going just about everyday. I have an SUV and typically automatic car washes don't do well with the back of the SUV but scrubadub's system typically does so that's why I got the monthly pass there. My front license plate keeps getting bent though every time I come out and I don't know what that's about. Other than that, it's a decent time.

I’ve been to this Scrub-A-Dub location twice and both times had serious issues. This time was unacceptable. The staff was extremely rude and started yelling at me for no reason. When it came time to put my car in neutral, they literally pushed the car through instead of communicating properly. As a result, my driver-side mirror on my Mercedes got broken. This is damage to my property caused by careless employees. Customer service here is terrible and unprofessional. I will be filing a complaint and warning others. If you care about your car, avoid this location.

Angel did an amazing job! Super friendly, very thorough, and paid great attention to detail. My car looks spotless inside and out. Highly recommend Angel if you're looking for top-notch service!
