Scrubbies Car Wash - Greenville

Not well organized at all. To pay cash for the carwash you drive through the Cash Credit lane. You then have to honk the horn for an attendant to come to the register and enter a code for cash, and take your money. STOP him before he hits the NO button to not print a receipt. I had to ask THREE times for a receipt. Finally, he told the other attendant I wanted a receipt. He brought me the receipt. Then the truck ahead of me must have been the attendants' friend. My my did he ever get special treatment. They spent FIVE minutes on washing the man's truck. There were cars lined up behind me waiting. BOTH attendants scrubbed the truck tires and all over the truck. Finally, I was motioned to pull forward. The one on the driver side threw some water on the side and said to put in Neutral. I roll

Okay so it's a pretty basic concept, car wash, right? I have to say though, clean facility, everyone that we interacted with was helpful. The car turned out very clean and no damage. Let me say though, the VACUUMS... Nice and strong suction, easy to get everything picked up. Plus they have glass cleaner and clean microfiber towels at each vacuum station, no additional charge. So my car got spanky clean very quickly. We texted for the coupon, which has just arrived, giving me a free wash to use before the end of the month- super easy and cool. It looks like their monthly program would be a bargain, we're considering it now, because the gent there said any car we bring (we have a few and kids with cars!) gets unlimited washes each month for about double the cost of just one fancy wash by its

When they first opened, it was great. Now, not as good. At times we have to go through the eash 2 times to get the car clean. When we get out to vacuum and dry the car and wash inside the windows, we now have to wash the outside windows and find the outside windshield still dirty below the wiper blades and the rear window at the top still dirty. I think they need to make some adjustments to their rollers.

8/17 Not a good experience. Drop down rollers do not appear to be calibrated correctly. The 1st roller hit halfway on my hood, halfway up my windshield, and did not touch my truck (F150) again. Soap was very minimal as you go through. My windshield is still completely dirty. The area around my windshield wipers looks barely touched. I paid $16 for a Wash and Wheels package and at the end of the tunnel the tires sign didn't even light, nor did it do anything that even resembled paying an extra few bucks for the wheels. Not happy with this "new" wash. Pictures don't do justice as to how bad this wash really is!

Upgrade just insured I paid more for a terrible car wash. Wheels looked like they didn't use soap or water. Whole right side was unwashed. I will never return to this scam car wash.
