⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Honest, Clean, and Professional Service I had a great experience at Scullery Automotive. The shop was clean, smelled fresh, and the environment felt professional and welcoming. I checked in right at 8 AM, and Tyler—who helped me—was fantastic. He was courteous, clear, and efficient in getting me checked in. While I waited, I noticed Tyler interacting with several other customers. He was consistently polite and direct, offering honest assessments without any runaround or pressure tactics. It doesn’t feel like the kind of place that over-promises and under-delivers—quite the opposite. You can tell they care about actually helping people, not just selling services. In terms of scheduling, if you can leave your vehicle with them, you’ll likely get in within a couple of days. But

This was my first experience using Sculleys for my oil change or maintenance Update! I appreciated that they told me what was right and good with the car but also told me about a few things that could use my attention but that they could not do the work because it is a Volvo. I paid less for my oil change. Even with a $20 coupon off the regular charge for the price of an oil change. I would return. They have great customer service!

I called around and no automotive repair shop would answer in my time of need. Sculley was the only shop that did. Great customer service, Kevin gave me a full disclosure of pricing and run down of my transmission repair and frequently kept me updated. The car is now running smoothly with no issues.

These guys run circles around other shops I’ve been to. Their customer service was elite and they made it extremely easy to follow along with the services being done. Between getting phone calls from Kevin or the technician with updates and utilizing an online CRM service to help customers stay informed, they showed me they really cared about doing a good job for me. They even put in a rush order to get the car parts needed before the weekend. Great experience, and my car runs much better now.

These guys did an amazing job of diagnosing and then fixing my car. It had been incorrectly repaired a couple years ago, so the ignition had missing parts and incorrectly placed parts. In addition, there was another sensor in the transmission that wasnt working correctly. It was a puzzle. Tyler called me with cost and progress updates. He didn't charge me for several of the diagnostic hours because it got to be so much. Best auto mechanic experience I have ever had. Its so hard to find a place to trust. This is that place. For me. And I'm old and picky, so...
