called ahead to confirm jeep was still available. Was never told on the phone the engine light was on. Drove 1 1/2 hrs to purchase the jeep and told to come back again the following day. Then was told the gas tank needed to be replaced. Waited around 2 weeks to pick the vehicle up and then couldn’t get 3$ worth of gas in it without it spitting everywhere nor was the distance until empty tracker working. Brought it for a second opinion elsewhere at this point and gas tank needed to be dropped 2 more times to be cleaned out from sand, had a loose filler neck and needed new fuel pump. Paid 13k for the jeep and now left with a 1300 credit card bill. Now the ABS light came on and wheel barring needed to be replaced. Light popped back on again and now transmission slips whenever the light is on.
I don’t often leave reviews but my experience at S&E was outstanding. 10/10. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. The price and service I received is unmatched. The GM James was very thoughtful, patient and made the buying process a breeze. Highly recommend.
I had a wonderful experience selling a car I had inherited here. I was having a hard time figuring out all the moving pieces and they took the time to help me through the process. They gave me a fair price for the car (I had done my research in advance) took care of the loan payoff and returning the plates to the dealer and cut me a check quickly! Steve C also was kind enough to offer me a ride after I sold the car. Thank you to Eddy & Steve C for making a really stressing situation easy!
Another Great Experience at S&E! We have been buying cars here for over 30 years and just picked up a new car today. My kids buy their cars here now too. They are the only place to buy a car! Best Prices & Best Service. We have never had an issue in all these years because S&E is honest and sells solid cars. Thanks Again!!
