Excellent helmet fitting experience today with Julia! Big e-commerce sites like RevZilla and J&P didn't have the product I wanted and in my size, but Seacoast did. Although I live down in East Tennessee I gave them a ring to see how their return policy was in case my gloves didn't fit the way I'd like. Julia picked up on first ring (a quick response from an actual person? Huzzah!) and talked me through their exchange process if sizing wasn't perfect. Bought the product the second I got off the phone with her. Within five minutes I had received a follow up email from Julia and not long after, my shipment notification (shipped same day!). I'm very happy to have supported this (not) local (to me) shop. Next time I need women's riding gear, I'm visiting Seacoast's site first just because I know I'm going to get a great customer experience!
