I had a conversation with Patrick on Monday and dropped off my car that day at 3:30 p.m. By Wednesday, my car was ready. I can't express enough gratitude for Searson and the team. While everyone's needs and situation is different, I specifically needed a new bumper, a headlight, and a fender that needed straightening, as I wanted to avoid the cost of a full replacement. I highly recommend, the experience I had was great. I really like that they open early and had a shuttle service. They keep you informed every step of the way and send you alerts about your vehicle. They were able to get my repairs done in 4 days and the paint matched exactly!!! This car is 10 years old I was amazed. Highly recommend!!!

I am so satisfied with the professionalism of the whole team at Searson Body Shop that I will be a walking advertisement for them. I dealt mainly with the front desk people. They were very pleasant and thorough in explaining the work that needed to be done. The people who actually worked on my car did an equally excellent job. My car looks new.
