I had an appointment early for 8am. My car was not a textbook easy concern. It had some noise coming from the tire and I could hear it but you couldn't with the windows closed. Do the appointment take a while? Yes. But honestly it's because they put their all into looking into my car. After not being able to replicate the issue they looked into every noon and cranny under my car - the brakes, axle, you name it. I went to leave and heard it again so I went back. After putting the windows closed down they could hear the soft chirp coming from the wheel. It ended up being something simple, but really they were so kind and professional every step of the way. After getting into an accident, sideswiped by a 17 year old. (With no license, no insurance, no registration) John, Mike in body shop were so understanding and kept me updated. They got me a rental that they charged what my insurance paid, The desk people very friendly and helpful, and shuttle driver getting me around. Wonderful service after terrible tragic part of my life. The car looks like nothing happened. They got it repaired fast and were wonderful.

Went to express service to get a battery replacement. Didn’t have an appointment. Kyle took care of me. He was excellent. Battery replacement and filters were installed with minimal wait time. Excellent customer service.

Contacted Secor Service to have a remote starting kit installed. They were able to get us in on a day that worked for us. The work was done flawlessly, and the front end staff and techs were friendly and personable. Highly recommend them.
