Secor Volvo Service Center

We’ve been a long time customer with Secor in New London. Eric and his team have always worked hard to make sure they hear our concerns & fix whatever the issue happens to be. Last visit, the mechanic provided a great video to explain what’s going on and potential risks with the work needed. I needed to have my suspension fixed after 120,000 miles this time & it was done extremely timely as well as professionally. Keith has been great as well.

Tire was leaking air and I went in without an appointment. They advised me to get 4 new tires. My tires were 2 years old. The bad thing was I waited a very long time before the front desk circled back to where my car was and I waited 45 extra minutes. Total wait time was 4 hours 45 min. Usually much more efficient there.

Everybody at SECOR Volvo center had been extremely helpful and professional. Julie, Keith, Allison, Chris, the mechanics…all very competent and fair. I appreciate the integrity and willingness to go above and beyond that they operate with. It’s rare in 2026.

I have been a highly satisfied Secor customer for more than thirty years. I love the quality of the Volvo product, and the sales and service personnel have never failed to impress me with their helpfulness and superior work. Repairs, when needed and not often, have been competently completed and usually covered by warranty.

When completing my services, my experience has been a little hit or miss. Previously an oil change was completed when it wasn't required and I was supposed to have it credited to my account. Most recently I went for a scheduled maintenance and requested my tires be rotated and they were not. The folks are very nice, just need to follow through or actually take notes.
