We bought a 2007 Lincoln MKX here over 4 years ago for a fair price. The vehicle has served us well and is still in daily use. We were please by the service and integrity of this company and the purchase was a pleasurable experience. We hope to shop here again should the need arise.

Went there a couple times once for a flat repair. Had to order w new tires and the tires were there when they said and they installed them both. Prices were very reasonable. Job was complete and vehicle left clean, Thete was snow when I went there so a mess was to be expected. Lots were clean and snow free.

Had my first encounter with this place due to a friend ( a woman) having to get her car serviced. Her vehicle was purchased through Best Rate Auto. She had expressed concerns about the mechanic here, who had given her an attitude on multiple occasions, and was condescending in tone as well, he knew she needed her vehicle by the end of the day (5:00 p.m) and she called them at 4:30 p.m only to be told that her vehicle wasn't ready. I drove her there to pick up her vehicle and Dave; rudely, and distasetefully complained that he had to put her vehicle back together, and the issue wasn't fixed. KNOWING that the car was there since morning and was needed by the evening. He then; with his grown self, got into an argument with me, then soon after his henchman who was quiet the whole time decide
