Went in to look at a Honda Odyssey. Jaci allowed us to take our time with test driving and looking over the vehicle. No pressure what so ever. Amazing experience with Jaci! We received an alert from cars.com that Select Motors had the exact type of car we were looking for at a fair price. However, I was hesitant, given we live well over 3 hours away, and were not familiar with the dealership. Once I read so many great reviews, I was comfortable enough to call, and once I spoke to Jaci, I knew we were dealing with a reputable company, so we drove up that same morning. The car was in great shape, but it was Jaci that made it such an awesome experience. Jaci is kind, knowledgeable, helpful and patient, with not the least hint of pressure to purchase. I visited this dealership in the morning and was initially surprised to find no one at the front. However, Jose was able to quickly came outside and provided exceptional service. He was incredibly kind and professional, taking the time to show me the cars. Although I was hoping to rent a car and they don't offer rentals, he went above and beyond by directing me to Enterprise. I was truly impressed by his knowledge and willingness to help. I will definitely be back to purchase a car from him in the future
