The guys at Select built a bulletproof TH400 for my '68 BelAir back in 1997. I recently returned for another trans and converter because of the durability and consistent performance of the first unit. Ed and Eddie still bring the downhome, local service. In 1990, these guys built me a race prep'd turbo 400 transmission and provided me with a 10-inch 3500 stall speed converter to go with my 396 big block Chevy. To this day the transmission has never missed a beat. Still chirps second gear all day long. Also I've been using Amsoil ATF from day one.
