I am a fair man, It took a while but Jim Beaty, Misty Brown, and Kennedy Baird made sure I got another truck and made what happened with the other truck right. I was on the verge of going out of business and taking a huge loss. But since I have a newer truck now maybe I can get back on track and earning money again. Thank You Select Trucks of Texarkana for keeping your word and doing good business. In this world your word is your bond and that says a lot about the integrity of good people.

I was sold a truck and in the past 7 months it’s been in the shop 4 times and now it’s not covered by warranty. Once they got the money I was on my own. The sale team was great but the head team (head of the snake) was not trying to hear anything I said. They refuse to help me fix the truck. Do not buy from them. Horrible money hungry company. I’m only selecting one star because it’s required to leave a post. Thanks for nothing. Happy Holidays.

Do NOT buy a truck from these guys.. I bought my truck less than a year ago and I spent well over 40k on engine light after engine light after engine light and derates repairs and tows and the engine even full blown seized up once. (That one was covered under warranty about 28 thousand to rebuild the engine) The FIRST MONTH of buying the truck the engine light came on and it did that literally each month after that. I contacted the sales people John and Misty and they’re no help at all and it’s like each time I got it fixed it WASNT under warranty and it cost a few thousand dollars each time. It’s not my first truck and it’s not my first freightliner so I can’t say freightliners are trash but I can say THIS DEALER sold me a bad truck and they don’t care at all. Stay away don’t do it!!

I will never buy another truck from them again. I bought a truck less than 3 months ago and I am out of commission, no authority, no insurance, and no truck. 2015 Freightliner Cascadia derated on me on the first the first time I took it over the road. Truck only made it 71 days and needs a CPC. I really feel some type of way about this whole situation because I spent a lot of money money only to buy a bad truck. So that 35 or 36 point inspection they do ain’t about nothing.
