I had a car that needed to be hauled to a mechanic due to engine trouble. They took me to a mechanic that was 10 miles away from my local place and overcharged me. Do not waste your money here, they will do what they want with no regards for your situation.

Called at 9am to have a car towed, was quoted $135, the tow driver came at 9:40am then left at 10am to go pick up a different car and left mine and told me they would be right back, came back at 11:14am, and then told me it would be a $100 up charge so now $235 at 12pm. Complete waste of time, not reliable, and random up charges. The car was parked in a parking lot, easily accessible, no hassle. I told them they should’ve told me about the upcharge at 9:40am when they saw the car initially and I would’ve called someone else and told them they didn’t have to come back. I told them the car needed to be removed by 12 today, guess they thought I would be desperate and decided to upcharge me. Told them I would pay the $135 they quoted me, if not they could put my car back down. They didn’t hono
