Self-Service & Touchless Automatic Car wash

So, this is what I get when I paid the top dollar for their best car wash! My kids live in the country and my car got very dusty so I brought it in. This is the nearest place to home and my car was simply covered in gravel road dust. A huge stripe front to back didn't even get wet! A complete waste of money and time.

This is what the $10 car wash got me. What a waste.

You can tell they don’t care about the quality. Nothing is maintained, half the jets in the drive-thru are clogged. Sad to see, guess I gotta keep driving out of the way for a good touchless wash.

Do not waste your money. I paid for the Deluxe wash $10. Half of the spray nozzles in it. Do not work and the truck was not clean when it came out. It was a waste of money, and in the self service bays half of them do not work and the vacuums are also garbage. This place should be shut down. I wish I could post photos of my vehicle. It is absolutely unreal, how dirty it still is

I used the bay at the very West end. I used my card to pay for a dollars worth of time for the last minute I needed to finish rinsing a small part of my vehicle. The car wash withheld $10 that day it's now 4 days later and my transaction is still being processed and my change has not been returned. If I would have known it would use $10 for 60 seconds of rinse water I would have left the soap on and drove the short distance home and rinsed it off with a bit of water at home.
