Sentinel Automotive Repair

I don’t think I’ve ever met a mechanic like this: honest, friendly AND reliable work. I’m so impressed with them that I recommended them to my mother, close friend, and father in law. Also, introduced them to my twin daughters (19), so they know where to go if I’m not around. 100% recommend.

I used Sentinel Automotive for a pre-purchase inspection. They are very knowledgeable, and explained everything I needed to know about the car. They are a family business, and it shows in their careful consideration of their customers needs. I purchased the car based on their advise and will have it serviced there in the future.

It was time to work on my brakes on my 2015 BMW X1. This was my 1st time working on the vehicle since I purchased it pre-owned less than a year ago. I tried to remove the tires and noticed the special safety/ security lug nut on it. Try to remove it and notice the adapter that came with the vehicle was all chewed up and would not fit over the special lug. I tried every auto parts store to find adapter (including BMW) AND tire shop within a 5 mile radius of where I live and everyone either didn't have right tools to work on it or wanted to schedule me in 2 weeks out for an appointment.....Well, not at Sentinel! This family shop understood what I needed and immediately accommodated me. I must have been lucky cause they not only took care of my issue, but they were so friendly and profession

This is the best shop around. They are great people who do great work. (Delicia is the best!!) Always friendly and knowledgeable, they never steer you in the wrong direction, and they’re always affordable. My fiancé and I having older cars too makes a big difference to me.
