Have been using Serenity Insurance for my home & auto insurance needs for about 10 years now. Customer service is top notch; second to none. Great company with great employees.

Both Sheldon and Alexa are extremely helpful and knowledgeable in insurance. They have both been a great help in getting us the right coverage while saving us money. I recommend you talk to them.

Signed up & paid in full for 1 yr property insurance thru Jackie. One month later questioned her why I didn't receive policy. I then recd a bill for almost $500 more. 3xs they raised the amount of insurance. Of course I found great policy on my own from Liberty Mutual. I canceled from Universsl & did not receive a full refund. I paid $987 to Universal Property they charge me at a rate of $1660 for the yr. Jackie did nothing. She should pay me the difference. Either way I will never use this agency or Universal Property they both suck. RUN don't trust them. I now will never the yr premium up front. Liberty I can pay monthly with no fee.
