My husband and I had a great experience at Serra this past weekend. Our salesman, David Ozment, was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the car models we were looking at and he was never pushy trying to make a sale. I would definitely recommend going to see David at Serra if you are looking to buy a new/used car!

I'm giving a 2 star review. 4 stars for the customer service. 1 star for the car received. I purchased a 2020 Q7 from Serra Jackson online. They were great to work with and even set up transportation to CA for me. When the car arrived, the battery was completely dead. We jump started it and charged the battery up. Not off to a great start, but no complaints.. things happen. Start it up, and the oil light illuminates. Strange. The tech at Serra must have overfilled the oil when servicing it. Drive the car and shortly after the brake light pop on. Serra also did a brake job prior to selling which is nice, but brakes weren't installed correctly causing the warning wear light. Again, not gonna make a huge fuss over these things as they are rather minor in the grand scheme of things and I reall
