My husband Trever and I just bought a 2021 F150 from here and had a fabulous experience start to finish! We first came in to look into leases and that's when we met LJ! He sat down and went over options with us for leases. We ended up leaving empty handed that day and decided to just buy used. I called him back and he did an amazing job communicating with my husband and I on used trucks. We went through the process and LJ did all the leg work for us. The experience was very painless. We signed Saturday with Zach who was also very nice! 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone! LJ made sure to keep us in the loop and explained the warranty and gap insurance very well.

I recently purchased a 2022 F250 from Serra Ford. Since i was traveling over 3 hours away. Gabrielle was kind enough to video the truck, test drive, and make sure the vehicle was to my satisfaction. He was kind enough to hold the vehicle and do most of the paperwork over the phone. When I arrived the truck was spotless and everything he relayed to me was correct. within an hour, my test drive and paperwork was completed. Gabrielle answered all my questions and went over the truck thoroughly. He assisted with Ford Pass and made sure it was working properly. The truck was blue certified so I was at ease about the truck being in great mechanical condition. I had a great experience with Serra Ford and especially Gabrielle the salesman. Wonderful experience with Denice at Serra Ford Gaylord. We needed a new truck quickly after and accident and she made it happen within 48 hours (including delivery to Benzie County). Nice, courteous, friendly and thorough....everything you want with a car dealer. We will be back for future car purchases!

Horrible customer service and didn't fix my car. Told me there is definitely something wrong with it but they can't find the problem. Said it did not act up for them when they drove it but 15 miles down the road from picking it up all the problems continued to happen (leaking coolant into my car and having electrical issues). They wanted to charge me even though I have a warranty. Told me they have to charge me because it wasn't covered under warranty when they couldn't find the issue. But if they found the issue it all would have been covered. Go to Ford in Kalkaska they are amazing.
