Service Center at BMW of Tigard

Nathan Moore is the MAN 2 SEE if you're in the market to buy a car. Great customer service all around. Super stoked to get in a nice car, the test drive got me! I know I know, apparently they sell other cars that aren't BMW!

We had an issue come up with our car after a recall service appointment, at first the service department indicated that it was our issue and that we'd have to pay a lot of money to have it fixed. After I insisted it wasn't an issue before they stepped up and took care of the entire repair. Although maybe it should have been addressed right away, the fact that they took care of it shows their effort for customer service.

I had an outstanding experience at this BMW service center. The technician went above and beyond in addressing my concerns and ensuring my vehicle was in top condition. The communication was excellent throughout, with clear updates and helpful advice provided. It's refreshing to see such dedication to customer satisfaction, and I will definitely return for future services!

While most of the staff at BMW Tigard’s service center are nice and polite, my experiences with Jeffrey Cline have been extremely disappointing. His behavior is consistently disrespectful, and he seems to have no understanding of basic customer service. I’m not alone in this—many other customers have had similar negative interactions with him. It's a shame because the rest of the team provides excellent service. I strongly urge management to address this issue promptly to ensure that all customers receive the quality service they expect from BMW.

Brought my car in for a regular oil change. Service was good but the waiting experience has room for improvement. For what we pay, they should at least have a constant supply of Blue Star donuts or Bob's oatmeal cups. The WiFi should really have a password. More bar-top seating & power would be great too.
