Service Center - Faulkner Volkswagen Mechanicsburg

I’ve came for 2 reasons. Front desk took informations about of my car. He has told me they gonna do diagnostic ran of my car. I’ve said okay. And then next day they’ve called me back about of my car and said system showed couple things needs to fix. I’ve said okay. He said he gonna call me as soon as when they done. But he didn’t call me back almost a day and half so I’ve called to delay service and asked him. What’s about my car status ? He said I’m sorry parts delivery is late. Not here yet. They said they gonna be in next week Tuesday. We are so sad and unhappy about that. The reason we were there … 1. My car has been shut off highway exit. 2. We were traveling to NYC and ended up with a nail in our tire. Wes was super nice and efficient with getting us a new tire. Thankfully they had one in stock. We were in and out within an hour highly recommended!

We were driving from Montreal to Miami, and we arrived around Carlisle when the EPC Lights and limited power lighted on the dash. We had to go to Faulkner Volkswagen on the next morning without any appointement. Clay, who was really helpful, took the car to be inspected, even if they had a lot of jobs to do this day. They found the problem very quickly, and say that we have to stay one more night in Carlisle. Everything was repaired the day after and everything was covered by the warranty. They even paid us the Lift to go to the rent-a-car. To conclude, I really recommand this dealer. Everyone was really helpful and really kind. A special thanks to Clay who was really kind and helpful. I never saw a so good service in a Volkswagen dealer. Bravo 👍

This being our First time Shop experience and it went Great. We are very pleased with how we was taken care of by the Front Service Team, Technicians and Body Technician who all looked at different things we needed taken care of. As we waited I walked around the showroom seeing my Salesman Gage and was greeted by everyone else who treated us friendly and respectfully. They have a clean and well stocked waiting room with really good coffee and comfortable chairs. May just show there to hang out someday. Ha

I brought my vehicle in for a recall, tail lights not working related to water in the light housing; an oil change and tire rotation. They had to order a part for the tail lights so they still do not work. Safety concern and no loaner car was available so I’m driving my car and at risk of harm due to this issue they couldn’t fix timely. They were aware of the concern prior to the appointment date but they needed to diagnose the issue before ordering the part. They also suggested I get a rental car if I felt unsafe. Not ok.
