Although this trip was just standard oil change and inspection, they provided me with a wealth of information and video of items to consider for future maintenance. My husband and I have a leased 2023 wrangler 4xe 20th anniversary edition. We received a recall in the mail regarding delamination of the battery and how it's a safety concern. It stated to not store the vehicle in the garage and not to charge the electrical system. We took it to the dealership this past weekend. The gentleman explained that they would do a software update, but that there is currently no fix. We decided that we wouldn't be purchasing this wrangler at the end of the lease, and looked at using it as a trade in. Unfortunately, due to the recall having no fix, we have negative equity. Described the symptoms the car had and brought it in for a diagnostic where they were able to pin point the issue. It was fixed and back on the road within a few days! Excellent service team. Glad I brought it in when I did so things didn’t escalate into something worse.

Service staff were great at communicating what was going on with my 2026 Ram and the lead mechanic traced the problem and had my truck repaired 2 days earlier than predicted.

Tried calling for a service appt on my truck (warrantied- purchased elsewhere)....phone was answered by "Pam" who turned out to be an AI bot 😡, despite my saying "live person", "human being" and "customer service", "Pam" kept asking for my phone number and would not transfer my call. I DO NOT want to speak with a computer EVER.....took my truck to another dealership for service.
