I’d give zero stars if it was an option. I was in for an oil change, tire rotation and a recall, not once did I mention to have my truck inspected as it didn’t need one until October of 2026. They went ahead and failed my truck for state inspection and also put my truck in the state of New Hampshire inspection system as a failure for window tint. I was never asked if I wanted a state inspection nor did I ask for one. When I called about this they told me by mistake the technician ran my truck fully into the system to fail it without even reading the work order to see what the truck was initially in for. I would not recommend this place to anybody!

Bob Neely is terrific! In August, I purchased a Certified Used 2023 Chevrolet Equinox. While I love the vehicle, it's had some issues. Bob has been supportive and ensures the Equinox gets the repairs it needs in the time I need it, as it is essential to my business.

My salesman, Matt was very accommodating, easy to deal with, and treated me respectfully. The process was smooth, low pressure and enjoyable. There was no nonsense from the with Matt or the sales manager when it came down to processing the deal. I recommend Hilltop Chevy after the great experience I’ve had.

I came in for an electrical issue that was wrong with the vehicle when I purchased it and was told I would have to pay for it even though it was clearly broken when I purchased the vehicle. Very dissatisfied.

It's really convenient to be able to drive right into the garage to check the vehicle in. It was a fast and well organized appt.
