Needed a cluster fixed. Done. Needed a tire. Done. Oil change done. Took a bit longer than expected but I was not complaining.

I recently scheduled an appointment to address several service concerns with Kyle Stoll. After the appointment, I had additional questions once Kyle had finished his day. I then stopped in to speak with Service Manager Rhonda Johnson, with whom I had previously worked on a warranty claim earlier in my ownership of my Chevy Silverado. Rhonda consistently provides excellent customer service, even when faced with elevated customers like myself. As someone in sales, I always tell my team: I make the first sale, but the service department makes the next. Rhonda exemplifies this philosophy, ensuring that Serpentini of Medina continues to build a meaningful and successful relationship with its customers. Her professionalism and dedication are a true asset to your dealership.

Serpentini in Medina usually does a good job. However, this time was very disappointing. I take exceptional care of my 2016 Silverado including a spotless engine compartment. This time when they changed the oil, they got oil all over the engine and valve covers that got on the exhaust manifold that caused a lot of smoke & smell until it was burned off. I will have to clean up the rest of the engine. Very disappointed. Dave Simko

Car was in shop 20 days. Service decent but could improve by calling when they say they are going to call. Also, did not appreciate having to wash off mechanic’s dirty handprints from the front of my vehicle. You’d think they would have washed but they did not.
