Service Center - Steven Toyota

They did a great job, obviously we all love Toyotas but Steven toyota has great customer care truly and very respectful hard working people. Fully confident in any services they provide as everyone is professional as can be. Had to have a reseal done on my timing cover and got it done for me no problems and in two days. Good as new and no leaks. Appreciate that they inspect the vehicle and give you everything you need to know in upcoming service. Almost like a free inspection really! Everything I could imagine a service center to be, could be best be described here. Truly feel like a valued customer here. Just great job.

The whole team was outstanding - Emily (awesome customer service), Dan (great and full transparency mechanic), Blaire (amazing service manager), and the regional manager - during my last visit. I had brought my 2017 Kia Sedona work van in for a serious engine issue just under the warranty - pcv valve issue, unusually high oil consumption, and related. I’m so grateful for the whole team coming together and getting approval from Kia to do all the necessary repair work still under warranty. They all went out of their way to make it all happen (including providing a rental van for five days while in the shop which allowed me to continue working) and really cared, and empathized, providing a high level of customer service. Emily was very helpful when I had to bring my car to get fixed last minute. She always gave me updates in a timely manner and was super nice when I didn’t always know car words. Because there are three different buildings, I unfortunately mixed up the closing times of the service shop, arriving 10 minutes after closing. However, Mike from the dealership was beyond helpful and was able to find my keys for me past hours.

I took my Kia to Steven Toyota shop to do regular service, and inspect all vehicles as I just purchased it! I was really warmed welcome by the staff as they directed me to the process and the waiting area. In less than 25 minutes, I received a video from the service team through my phone, explaining how they walked through the process, inspecting, fixing my car keys and finishing the work! All was recorded on video! The whole process was awesome and professional as I was called by the front desk to show me the paperwork and everything that was completed! I was out in about 30 minutes and the car was cleaned afterwards. I highly appreciate it and thank you for your work. I really highly recommend you to my friends, family and colleagues. Always happy with the service here. Usually pretty quick if you go during a non busy day and schedule ahead. Love the videos, summary, and text updates. Very transparent and not the kind of service dept that upsells or causes problems to charge and fix. They will make no pressure recommendations you can approve/decline. Jose is my dude. Nice staff, cozy waiting lobby with refreshments and clean restrooms. 5⭐️
