We came in for an oil change on our 2024 Equinox. Ray Martinez greeted us upon arrival and was very courteous. He made sure we understood everything that would take place. We were early for our appointment due to a snowstorm forecast, and was hoping we could get home soon - which was 70 miles away. He assured us it was not a problem and said he would make every effort to get us in the shop as soon as possible. When the job was completed, he made sure we understood everything that had been done, and the cost of each item. He also assisted us in applying our GM credit points to the bill, which helped to reduce our cost that day. "Not my job, sir." They may be good at fixing vehicles, but not at caring about their customers. When a defect under recall made my Volt un-drivable, I towed it in for repair. The part was on recall, with no ETA. Not their fault. But in the month my car sat there, they never once reached out me to provide an update. I had to call them every week! Exasperated, I finally called two dealerships in the next city, and they both had the part in stock! Despite knowing that the part was nearby, they never once mentioned it to me. "That's not how we do it." The first time they ever called me was 2 hours after I threatened to take my car to the other service center, to say that they "found" a part and would have the repair done the next day! Service is always great here. The maintenance/repairs to my vehicle are always well done. I trust the service staff and the mechanics here. They all do good work. I have a great experience everytime I come to this dealership, and I will keep coming back as long as nothing changes!

Everyone was so professional and friendly, the diagnosis of the problem was quickly done and the issue fixed right away. Everything was explained clearly. I appreciated being dropped off at the mall so I could use the wait time for some Christmas prep. I've liked this dealership ever since we bought the car there, haven't regretted it since.

Reminder there is no loaner car program if you bring your car in for overnight work! Found that out after the multi point inspection revealed major brake work. Otherwise repair quality is pretty standard and typically overpriced.
